Description:
Hybrid role – 3 days onsite in MG/Arbor Lakes site. Address: 12000 Elm Creek Blvd N., Maple Grove, MN 55331
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Coordinator to coordinate onsite and virtual training classes for sales training department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and planning skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, have a service-oriented attitude, and be able to work independently and with a team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual training sessions for sales training team.
- Organize program-related events such as team dinners and guest speaker engagements.
- Manage end-to-end logistics including venue booking, equipment setup, and training material preparation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, feedback, and compliance documentation.
- Support the development and distribution of training materials and communications.
- Facilitate onboarding activities including welcome emails, field ride coordination, and mentor assignments.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as course invitations, roster management, and security access.
- Handle ordering, shipping, and inventory of demo products and field books.
- Coordinate quarterly newsletters and feedback surveys via Smart Winnr.
- Provide on-site support during training sessions to ensure operational excellence.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Minimum QualificationsHS diploma
- Proven experience in administrative coordination or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Experience with training program coordination
