Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Adecco is seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Coordinator to support the scheduling, logistics, and administrative needs of our clients Sales Training Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, skilled in planning, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Program Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual training sessions for the sales training team.
- Organize program-related events, including team dinners, guest speaker sessions, and other training activities.
- Manage end-to-end logistics such as venue reservations, equipment setup, catering, and training material preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, evaluations, and compliance documentation.
- Support the creation, distribution, and updates of training materials and communications.
- Oversee onboarding-related activities, including welcome communication, field ride planning, and mentor assignments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as course invitations, roster updates, training calendars, and security access requests.
- Coordinate ordering, shipping, and inventory management for demo products, field books, and training supplies.
- Manage quarterly newsletters and feedback surveys using Smart Winnr.
- Provide on-site support during training sessions to ensure operational excellence and troubleshoot logistical needs.
- Build quality into all aspects of work and maintain full compliance with all quality requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative support, coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Experience coordinating training programs, workshops, or professional development events.
