As a Diagnostic Technician, you will:

• Utilize your diagnostic and communication skills to assess vehicles.
• Mentor fellow technicians and coach our service professionals.
• Build trust with our guests through transparent communication and quality service.

• Expanding your expertise across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Accessing top-notch technician resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
• Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Communicating repair options clearly and transparently with customers.
• Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Delivering extraordinary results through teamwork and dedication.
• Conducting thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
• Treating every guest with our “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself” philosophy.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• A strong desire to solve problems and develop your career long-term.
• Flexibility for full or part-time work availability.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of your workday.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer efficiently.
