Your expertise will help drive the development of innovative solutions that meet both business needs and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably within product development or Agile environments
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus
- Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Previous experience in product development and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Understanding of product management best practices.
- Knowledge of data analytics or business intelligence tools is a bonus.
- Work closely with product owners, scrum teams, and team members to coordinate, implement, and prioritize business requirements for product features and enhancements
- Serve as the primary liaison between department leaders and the development team, ensuring effective communication of business needs
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to optimize product development cycles
- Coordinate and plan the implementation of defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation into the product timeline to completion.
- Assist as applicable in development and maintenance of user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, including requirements gathering sessions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth execution of the Scrum process and contribute to continuous improvements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure that business priorities align with the product roadmap and overall business strategy.
