Program Manager – 12‑Month Contract

Location: Hybrid (Maple Grove, MN – onsite 3 days a week)

Salary: $75.00 per hour. Benefits:

Summary: The Ash Group is hiring a Program Manager for a major electric and natural gas utility. This hybrid, 12‑month contract role supports the Service Entry Sheet (SES) and WO2

Pay (Work Order to Pay) programs, bridging technical data analysis and program operations to ensure supplier onboarding and billing platform conversions.

• Provide overall program support for the WO2
  
  Pay cycle, including onboarding new suppliers and managing transitions during billing platform conversions.
• Act as data lead using Power BI to create daily and weekly reports, identify success metrics, and report on program status to stakeholders.
• Manage SharePoint sites and documentation repositories to ensure program transparency and organization.
• Coordinate and execute small to moderate projects, identifying risks and seeking opportunities to improve cost, performance, and scheduling.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees and suppliers to ensure adherence to standard project‑management methodologies.
• Monitor business conditions and internal practices to keep the program aligned with utility industry trends.

• Approximately 5 years of program or project‑management experience, ideally within the utility industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, high proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting procure‑to‑pay (P2P) or billing platform processes such as Service Entry Sheets (SES) or supplier onboarding.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to dig into data, troubleshoot issues, and identify operational risks.
