Job Summary

The Manager, Product Management role will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Content Management Systems serving our government and destination marketing customers.

These products enable public-sector organizations and destination marketing organizations to create, manage, and deliver trusted digital experiences to residents, visitors, businesses, and other audiences.

This is a deeply customer-oriented role. The Manager of Product Management will spend significant time with customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to understand their goals, workflows, constraints, and evolving expectations. They will translate those insights into a focused product strategy and partner closely with engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, customer success, and business leaders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
