Restoration Network is growing, and we are looking for a strong Director of
Construction to lead our reconstruction department and a team of approximately 4-5 Project Managers
.
We are looking for someone who can help lead and build Restoration Network's reconstruction division as we grow toward $7 million, $12 million, and beyond
, while developing the people, systems, financial discipline, and standards needed to support that growth.
We are looking for a leader who can develop people, drive accountability, maintain high standards of workmanship, understand the financial side of construction, and help build a reconstruction department capable of supporting our continued growth.
