Social Media Manager

You'd own a roster of client accounts from strategy all the way through publishing. That means building the monthly content plan, showing up to film, editing what you shoot, writing the captions, publishing across platforms, and communicating with your clients on a daily basis.

• Own your client accounts end to end, from monthly strategy through publishing
• Build revenue-driven content calendars using our M.U.L.T.I.P.L.Y. Framework™
• Film content on location at monthly client shoots, throughout the Twin Cities and across the US
• Edit videos, design graphics, write copy, and source audio
• Forecast trends and put them to work while they're still relevant
• Run weekly proofing and strategy calls with your clients
• Review monthly analytics and adjust based on what the numbers actually did

• 2-3+ years of social media management experience
• A thorough understanding of organic social media marketing strategy on Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A high-level communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A quick learner who works well with deadlines
• Receptive to feedback, and able to retain the feedback you're given
• Creative, and willing to test and try new things to help clients win
• Adaptable to change
• A team player who steps in where needed
• Excited to take ownership of your clients and their results
• Willing to travel across the US for content shoots

• Full-time, in-house, W-2 position. We are not hiring 1099 independent contractors.
• Salaried. Pay is determined based on experience.
• You must live in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota for the entirety of the position. If you currently live outside Minnesota, you'll need to be willing to relocate.
• Primarily remote, with some in-person requirements each month.
• 15 days of PTO per year
• 15 paid holidays per year
• Stipend toward health insurance
• Company-provided Mac laptop, iPhone, and all content shoot equipment. Mics, lighting, tripods, and the rest are on us.
