Position Summary
The Membership Concierge delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value‑based relationships that increase member loyalty and assist members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests.
- Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
- Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
- Assist members with transactions and general account changes.
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Commitment to serve others.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to multi‑task and deliver high‑quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must have good verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
- HS graduate or equivalent.
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and paying up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
