Patient Care Coordinator

Laganis Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to be the first friendly face our families see. Dr. Venetia Laganis and her team are known for helping children feel comfortable, overcome fear and anxiety, and build a positive attitude toward dental care. You'll play a big part in that from the moment a family walks in.

• $25 - $28 per hour based on experience
• Monday – Wednesday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm

• Welcome patients and parents and make every visit warm and stress-free
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and reminders
• Manage patient intake and keep medical histories accurate and complete
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims
• Follow up with families on treatment plans and coordinate referrals
• Answer phone calls and patient questions promptly and professionally
• Maintain patient records

• At least 2 years of recent dental front office experience (required)
• Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, compassionate communication with children and parents
• The ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced office
• Dentrix experience a plus
