Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Valid Minnesota teaching license to teach in grades K-5 or special education license, OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.
- If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2.
To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning. Plan, provide, evaluate, and revise interventions for the curriculum area or program for which employed including working directly with scholars providing intervention support; write and implement individual scholar goals and objectives as identified by data;
monitor the fidelity of intervention instruction; guide the use of data to identify scholars for intervention services; support the implementation of a school wide intervention plan; maintain contact and communication with guardians/caregivers of scholars and work with them in the development of their scholar; initiate and sustain collaboration within and across departments, programs, and sites to improve achievement; make appropriate and equitable use of instructional resources and technologies;
support and implement the goals and objectives of the Site Improvement Plan, district, program and department; provide in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous learning when applicable. Willing to participate in district, building, and department leadership activities.
