Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• MN teaching license in appropriate field, OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.*
• If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 2.*

Job Summary: To inspire and prepare scholars with confidence, courage, and competence; contribute to community; and engage in lifelong learning. Responsibilities include providing instruction in multiple classrooms, utilizing resources and technology, implementing district goals, maintaining communication with staff and guardians, delivering curriculum, managing scholar conduct, and participating in leadership activities. The position involves in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous learning and requires collaboration.

This is a continuous substitute position at Osseo Area Learning Center and 279

Online School, with potential movement to other sites based on system needs. The assignment ends on June 6, 2025, with a desired start date of 8/25/25.

Work details:
Minimum contract day (see above). This is a temporary assignment ending June 6, 2025. Bargaining unit:
