Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate:
Up to $46 per hour, based on experience

• Develop and improve materials, processes, and equipment for projects of moderate complexity
• Plan, design, and conduct engineering tests and experiments to support product and process development
• Create and analyze operational, test, and research data to define performance standards
• Design and procure tooling, fixtures, and test equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot new product or process issues and propose technical solutions
• Prepare detailed reports and process documentation to communicate findings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Management teams to ensure project success
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with all quality system requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree a plus)
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience (or 0-2 years with a Master’s)
• Strong skills in statistical data analysis and risk documentation
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities
• Proven self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
• Interest in future leadership opportunities and openness to mentorship
