Duration: 12 Months (Possible temp to hire)

Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311

Role: Onsite

• Process Engineer II within the Braiding Technology group.
• Work with other engineers, design assurance team, and project management staff.
• Develop products, materials, processes, or equipment for projects of moderate complexity.
• Plan and schedule own activities independently to meet timelines.
• Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments.
• Design, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot new product/process problems related to design, material, or process.
• Summarize, analyze, and draw conclusions from test results.
• Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to the technical community.
• Maintain engineering documentation.
• Invent/create concepts and designs for new products/processes and submit idea disclosures.
• Train or provide work direction to technicians, if required.
• Work cooperatively with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing to ensure project success.

• 2–4 years with a Bachelor of Science (or 0–2 years with a Master of Science).
• Degree area in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Preferred experience with Windchill.
• Demonstrate competency in current systems used.
