Quality Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer I for a Contract with a client in Maple Grove, MN. You will be responsible for supporting design verification and validation activities, including writing protocols and evaluating test results.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $38/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Marketing) to ensure project success and compliance.
• Support design verification and validation activities, including writing protocols/reports, coordinating testing, and evaluating test results.
• Develop and maintain risk management documentation and apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems by building quality into all aspects of work and maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and execution of streamlined business systems to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Act as a quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication of quality initiatives across teams and projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a Scientific discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience (internships or hands‑on experience preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in test validation processes and methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
