RF Test System Developer

RF Test System Development, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Safety-Parameters, RF Validation, Production Test, mmWave, 40-75 GHz, LabVIEW, Test Stand, Radar, Defense, EMI/EMC, RF Characterization, RF Hardware Integration.

• BSEE / MSEE (Electrical or RF Engineering)
• 7-10+ years in RF Product Development & Test
• Defense, Aerospace, Radar, RF Components, or Wireless Product companies
• Hands-on RF lab and production test experience

• Strong experience of core RF principles across 40-75 GHz (high power, Defense oriented bands)
• Demonstrated experience of test strategies for RF devices
• Primary responsibilities related to systems level architecture (hardware and software), resulting circuit design, and overall product integration
• Ability to lead the development of production test solutions and create test development proposals based on production test requirements
• Familiarity with Defense and regulatory standards associated with high frequency devices; must show understanding of Mil Spec/ EMC environmental standards
• Demonstrated understanding of RF measurements including Safety parameters, safety protocols
• Demonstrable significant experience with designing and deploying test equipment
• Electrical Engineering background or similar; 7 to 10 years of related experience
• Strong aptitude in technical writing, operating on engineering teams, acting as RF SME including coaching and leading other disciplines
• Ability to create financial plans for your projects, align them internally with your line of management and other functions and externally if needed.
