Minnesota Counseling & Couples Center (MNCCC) is a leading, therapist-centered private practice providing individual therapy, couples counseling, marriage counseling, family therapy, and telehealth mental health services across Minnesota.

We ensure you can focus on client care, by providing full administrative, billing, credentialing, and scheduling support along with a steady flow of new referrals.

• Steady flow of new referrals (individual, couples, marriage, and relationship therapy)
• Hybrid therapy model with both in-office and telehealth options
• Flexible scheduling (15-30+ client hours per week)
• Full administrative and billing support
• Credentialing and insurance paneling assistance
• CEU reimbursement and ongoing professional development

  • Trauma therapy

We’re seeking warm, skilled, licensed mental health professionals who practice with compassion, cultural awareness, and clinical integrity.

• Hold an active Minnesota license in one of the following:
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
  • LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
• Have at least one year of post-licensure experience (preferred)
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy
• Are comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR/EMR systems
• Value diversity and serve clients from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and underrepresented communities
• Enjoy autonomy while appreciating a collaborative, team-based environment

• $55–$110 per clinical hour, based on experience, specialty, and license type
• 1099 independent contractor options available
• Full-time therapists typically earn $75,000–$110,000+ annually with a consistent caseload
