• 2+ Years of Hands-On Experience in a clinical setting – we value your practical expertise.
• 1 Year of Travel Experience – experience adapting to new environments and providing care wherever it’s needed.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) – essential for delivering safe and efficient care.
• NRP Certification – your ability to care for newborns in critical situations is key.
• Newborn Care Experience – your expertise with newborn populations makes a real difference.
• Level III NICU Experience – previous work in high-level neonatal intensive care units is a must.
• Epic Systems Experience – familiarity with Epic ensures efficient, patient-centered care.
