In-person, full-time (37.5 paid hours/week)

Must have active PELSB SLP license

Must pass drug screening and background check

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the  school year in the Blaine, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Competitive pay ($55-58/hour)

W-2 employment with liability insurance included

Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses

Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
