About the role:At Boston Scientific, we’re transforming lives through innovative digital health and medical device solutions. We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Manager, Commercial Digital Solutions Lead to define and execute the digital roadmap that drives commercial excellence across the Neuromodulation division. This leader will manage a cross‑functional team focused on digital product management and enablement—ensuring the division effectively leverages digital tools and platforms to power sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
As the strategic liaison between Neuromodulation, enterprise digital/IT teams, and transformation initiatives, you will ensure divisional needs are prioritized and that digital investments yield measurable business impact. You’ll connect the voice of the business with the capabilities of modern technology—helping commercial teams work smarter, faster, and more effectively to improve customer experience and fuel sustainable growth.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. - Lead and manage the Commercial Digital Solutions team, providing clear oversight and direction across digital product management and enablement functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Coach and mentor team members to drive engagement, performance, and professional growth.
- Define and execute the divisional commercial digital strategy in alignment with business and enterprise priorities.
- Own the divisional roadmap across tools and platforms including Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, CPQ, eCommerce, AI capabilities, and other commercial systems.
- Lead digital planning and integration efforts for M&A activities.
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends, tools, and innovations that enhance commercial performance.
- Lead divisional digital governance boards to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure alignment across franchises and platforms.
- Represent the division in enterprise transformation programs such as SAP Business Transformation, eCommerce, CPQ, and AI Accelerator.
- Deliver regular executive‑level updates on digital initiatives, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee digital initiative delivery from concept to adoption, ensuring scalability and impact.
- Partner with Commercial IT to co‑develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and ROI metrics while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as the digital lead and advisor to marketing, sales, and franchise leadership teams.
- Actively participate in leadership forums and sales meetings to share updates and gather insights.
- Represent Neuromodulation in global digital councils and cross‑functional transformation teams.
