About the role: Coronary Therapies Marketing is actively seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join the Commercial Reach team. The Coronary Therapies Marketing Data Analyst will contribute to a strong data culture based on data‑driven decision‑making, proactively delivering meaningful analytical insights to address the most important business needs. In addition, this role will partner closely with the Pricing Analyst to support data needs for pricing strategy and execution.
This role will be based in Maple Grove, MN with a hybrid work mode.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting data and communicating actionable recommendations to marketing stakeholders
- Utilizing analytics and dashboards for data‑driven decision‑making
- Supporting the pricing analyst on data and preparation for weekly meetings
- Collaborating across functions to support building and maintaining data platforms
- Developing and maintaining our commercial reporting infrastructure
- Assisting with gathering KPIs to measure success against benchmarks
- Engaging and developing relationships with marketing partners to foster collaboration.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an analytical role in marketing, finance, or similar functional area
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively
- Experience in extracting, and synthesizing data into narratives for business partners
- Experience querying databases to extract data for analysis
- Proven ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or other data visualization tool
Preferred qualifications:
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience with syndicated datasets from IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, etc.
Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office in Maple Grove, MN at least three days per week.

Maximum Salary: $135800
