The Position:
We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential & commercial loss projects caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role involves developing relationships to grow accounts and managing projects. The starting salary is $60,000, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

• Restoration and construction experience
• Xactimate experience (highly desirable)
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel out of town
• Pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing sales areas for saturation and growth opportunities
• Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitoring construction progress and controlling projects through on-site supervision
• Evaluating team performance and project progress to ensure schedules and budgets are met
• Managing financial aspects of contracts
• Identifying legal issues and reviewing them with management
• Overseeing project close-out
• Representing the company in meetings
• Providing technical support to project team members
• Identifying new business opportunities and informing sales and marketing teams
