The Position:
We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. This role involves developing relationships to grow accounts and managing projects. The starting salary is $60,000, negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

• Must have restoration and construction experience
• Xactimate experience is highly desirable
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to travel out of town
• Pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and determine sales areas for saturation and exploitation
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate boundaries
• Monitor construction through on-site supervision to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance
• Manage financial aspects of contracts
• Identify potential legal issues and review them with management
• Oversee project close-out
• Represent the company in project meetings
• Provide technical support to project team members
• Identify new work opportunities and inform sales and marketing teams
