This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations within the Warehouse including the direction of the warehousing functions of staff, training, inventory accuracy, order processing, shipping, receiving, health and safety of work environment.
Shift Hours2nd Shift Hours – 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Core Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management- Responsible for the planning and assignments of work and daily schedule for order fulfillment.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of Caribou policy and procedures.
- Establish shift operating standards and overall flow of material for the company.
- Develop, manage and support standard practices and procedures.
- Review, provide input, and support systems initiatives to improve operating efficiencies and inventory control.
- Manage inter and intra‑warehouse inventory transfers as necessary.
- Select the appropriate shipping mode for each order.
- Prepare manifests and shipping documents.
- Review all deliveries, validate shipment authorized and check all materials for count and damage.
- Maintain Receiving Log for all materials received.
- Process receiving documents and file as required.
- Direct the proper slotting and placement of receipts.
- Prepare and organize Supply Orders for processing on each shift and prepare warehouse and orders for efficient shift transitions.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy, value of materials, and loss/scrap, including ongoing cycle count programs and physical inventories as required.
- Oversee and manage inbound receipts, inventory, and transfers from other locations.
- Responsible for training and development of warehouse staff.
- Accountable for facility safety, training, and maintenance standards, including implementation support of HAACP, HARPC, and all other regulatory programs within the facility, American Institute of Baking standards and Safety Committee.
- Responsible for understanding and assuring employees compliance with all Food Safety and related programs.
- Provide and update equipment operator certifications.
- Responsible for compliance with all Government Regulatory requirements.

Required:
- 2 year associate/technical degree in business management.
- 5–8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a warehouse environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in multi‑unit retail.
