Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) for Vascular Therapies.
As a member of the Vascular Therapies Leadership Team, this senior leader will define and lead the global HEMA strategy, ensuring market access, reimbursement, health economics, evidence generation, and value communication are integrated across portfolio strategy, product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
The Vice President will partner across global, regional, and functional teams to expand patient access, support technology adoption, demonstrate value, and drive sustainable business growth. This leader will also build and develop a high-performing global HEMA organization while shaping future market access capabilities across the franchise.
