• Improve productivity and reduce waste using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and structured problem‑solving tools
• Optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and daily line performance
• Track OEE, scrap, cycle time, and throughput data; build dashboards and performance metrics
• Conduct time studies, capacity modeling, and workflow analysis
• Lead Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities across multiple lines
• Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO standards
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

• Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of medical device manufacturing experience
• Proven experience applying Lean tools—process mapping, VSM, standard work, visual management
• Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑moving, collaborative operations environment

• 10+ years of experience or exposure to smaller, fast‑paced organizations
• Experience working across multiple customer or product lines
