1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:30am–3:00pm;
Friday | 6:00am–10:00am| 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00pm-1:30am Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll build commercial units and components according to engineering specifications while helping ensure quality and production standards are met. If you enjoy hands‑on work, using tools, and working in a fast‑paced team environment, this job could be a great fit. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with our customer.

• Assemble units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete precise assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, and equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following PPE and safety requirements
• Troubleshoot assembly‑related issues and work with the team to resolve problems
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and quality

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
