Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Laser Operators for an HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll produce high-quality sheet metal parts using CNC laser cutting equipment while supporting safe and efficient production operations. • Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment
• Load and unload sheet metal material safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Verify finished parts meet quality and dimensional specifications using measuring tools
• Maintain accurate production records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow established safety procedures

• Previous CNC laser operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation to Maple Grove, MN
