Nurse Practitioner - Rheumatology

Job Overview

Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

• Openings: 0.8 FTE
  • Monday – Friday, hours dependent on patient needs
• Patient encounters average 8-12 patients per day
• One rheumatologist physician at Maple Grove
  • Additional specialist on site to offer real-time consultants
• Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
• Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
