Job Overview
Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.
Practice Details- Openings: 0.8 FTE
- Monday – Friday, hours dependent on patient needs
- Patient encounters average 8-12 patients per day
- One rheumatologist physician at Maple Grove
- Additional specialist on site to offer real-time consultants
- Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential
