Job Description:

Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Maple Grove . We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

• Openings: 0.8 FTE
  • Monday Friday, hours dependent on patient needs
• Patient encounters average 8-12 patients per day
• One rheumatologist physician at Maple Grove
  • Additional specialist on site to offer real-time consultants
• Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
• BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
• Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
• Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential
