Edina Realty Title is seeking an Escrow Closer to work in our Maple Grove closing center. This in-office role interfaces directly with buyers and sellers to facilitate closings and ensure all documents and balances are prepared and executed accurately.
You will review payoff, abstract, title evidence, reports, mortgage documents and other pertinent information, coordinate with lenders, and guide customers through the closing process with clear explanations of costs and paperwork.
