Are you passionate about applying your chemistry knowledge in a dynamic, hands‑on laboratory environment? Join our team as an Associate Chemist I, where you’ll play a key role in supporting innovative product development and performing critical analytical testing that drives quality and compliance.

• Perform a variety of analytical tests using established and evolving methods, including dissolution, assay, impurity profiling, pH, viscosity, titrations, and other USP‑based techniques.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples for testing, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every step.
• Document all work clearly and thoroughly so results can be easily reviewed and verified—your attention to detail matters.
• Collaborate with team members to set up and clean up laboratory equipment, maintain organized work spaces, and contribute to routine lab upkeep.
• Review raw data for accuracy and compliance with cGMP and internal SOPs, ensuring scientific integrity.
• Assist in gathering data and documentation for regulatory submissions and technical reports.
• Take ownership of your projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab operations.

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.
• 6+ months of hands‑on laboratory or industry experience (internship or a few months in a chemistry‑related role preferred).
• Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory best practices.
• Proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a regulated environment.

100% Onsite. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role involves working in a brand‑new expansion of the Maple Grove facility, supporting the growth of the analytical development group within the technical services department.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 – $29.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
