We are seeking a detail-oriented Scientist for an opportunity supporting research, testing, and product development initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in biology, chemistry, or engineering who enjoy solving problems, analyzing data, and contributing to meaningful scientific projects.

• Conduct laboratory testing, experiments, and data collection activities
• Analyze results and prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support research and development projects through method development and testing
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks and experimental records
• Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation activities
• Follow established quality, safety, and regulatory procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals
• Order laboratory supplies and assist with inventory management

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field
• 2+ years of medical device, laboratory, or scientific testing experience
• Experience with technical documentation, lab reports, or laboratory notebooks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Test method development experience
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis
• Experience with Minitab or similar software
