- Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; support the business needs; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage in a timely manner. - Be an Expert:
Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools. - Be an Owner:
Drive department performance; use perpetual inventory management; ensure quality and date control standards; minimize waste; assist customers per company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Model high-quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
