Position SummaryWe are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

You will make an impact by:
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed, inform them when products are unavailable, and offer alternative options.
- Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company’s products and services.
- Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchase decisions, processing purchases, handling payments, using cash registers, locating merchandise, zoning designated areas, and maintaining cart availability.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; use the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers; identify priorities and communicate progress.
