Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This includes ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required. These roles involve directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance.
They play a critical role in ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and handle responsibilities with little to some supervision. They should be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, demonstrate integrity, respond to operational concerns, and focus on store-specific objectives. Positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
