What You’ll Be Doing
  • Inspire that Famous Feeling:
    Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. To help others be their best, you’ll raise your hand to help infuse coaching moments for the selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.

  • Ace Retail Operations:

You’ve got opening and closing the store dialed, keeping it clean, organized, and all our famous styles easily shoppable.

Essential Functions

Preferred Qualifications & Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Some retail store management experience or comparable relevant experience.
  • Experience motivating a team toward goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
  • Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
  • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
  • Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures to maintain smooth operations.
  • Team player with energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates and achieve goals together.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate plans set by the store manager.
  • Skilled at mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
