• Close qualified opportunities generated through setters, marketing, and canvassing.
• Manage the full sales process — discovery, proposal, negotiation, and handoff to installation.
• Maintain and expand client relationships post‑installation for renewals and upsells.
• Develop strategic partnerships with locksmiths, integrators, and property management companies.
• Accurately maintain CRM pipeline and provide weekly forecast reporting.

• Proven experience in B2B technology or building systems sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
