As an Optician, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, building lasting relationships, and delivering personalized optical solutions. You’ll work closely with our doctors and team members to create a seamless, high‑quality experience for every patient.

• Foster a positive, sales‑driven environment through active engagement and product knowledge.
• Build professional relationships with team members and patients.
• Interpret prescriptions and fit eyeglass lenses and frames with precision.
• Measure pupillary distance and lens placement for bifocals, trifocals, and progressives.
• Select frames based on facial features, sizing, and style preferences.
• Adjust and fit eyewear for comfort and accuracy.
• Dispense contact lenses and educate patients on proper use.
• Ensure timely and high‑quality product fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space.

• Experience in optical sales or as a licensed/unlicensed Optician preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Training is available for motivated candidates with retail or customer service backgrounds who are eager to learn.
