Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and giving agents the training and support needed to achieve success.

Job Duties
  • Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week - reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule a meeting to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research: 4‑5 hours per week - dig into client information to customize options for death or disability protection.
  • Meeting with Families: 2 days per week - meet with clients virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
  • Administrative: 2 hours per week - follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Qualifications
  • Coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.
  • Skill set isn’t everything for this position.
Compensation

This is a commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. The expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. Additional financial products are available. Uncapped commission plus a bonus structure and incentive trips are offered.
