Role:
Field-based and remote Territory Account Specialist (TAS) supporting key accounts within an assigned geography to enhance product demand and patient outcomes.
- navigate and resolve account challenges, develop strategic territory plans aligned with shared priorities, engage proactively with cross-functional teams, leverage market insights, utilize digital and omni-channel tools for personalized customer engagement, and support access initiatives with Patient Specialty Services.
- Bachelor's degree; 2+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related fields with proven success in large account management and customer engagement; strong analytical, ethical, and collaborative skills; valid driver's license with ability to travel 60-80%.
- experience across therapeutic areas, market access, reimbursement pathways, and product launches.
- commercial healthcare environment, specialty products, customer-facing role, with emphasis on strategic account management, access navigation, and omni-channel engagement in a geographically dispersed setting.
