About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Telemarketer in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll connect with customers to identify new business opportunities, assist with orders and sales quotes, and work closely with outside sales representatives. WhatYou'll Do as a Telemarketer – 1st Shift
- Seek out new business opportunities with customers by phone
- Assist customers with placing orders and providing sales quotes
- Work closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes
- Research product solutions to help customers resolve field-project issues
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience
- Previous experience with wood, woodworking, panels, and/or boards is a strong plus
- Architectural or interior hardware experience is helpful but not required
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative, drive, and creativity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; AS400 experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds as required
