Salary Range: Starts at $25-$35 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

The Position: We seek full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Projects range from small patches to complete home rebuilds. Located in Maple Grove, MN, this is a great opportunity for a permanent position with consistent workload, strong leadership, and a well-rounded team.
The pay starts at $25-$35/hour, with a daily vehicle stipend for travel. Benefits include six paid major holidays, PTO, a floating holiday, overtime pay at 40+ hours, and double time after 60 hours. Opportunities for advancement are available. Tradesmen focus on construction phases, excluding water mitigation.

- Previous restoration experience is a plus
- Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Drywall finishing: Prepare drywall for paint/textures, use joint knives, sanders, drywall compounds, tape, mud, and sand drywall joints.
- Finish carpentry: Install trim, baseboards, molding, fit cabinets, ensure precise measurements and finishes, work with wood and similar materials.
