Salary Range:
Starts at $25-$40 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

The Position: We seek full-time skilled Tradesmen with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer. Projects range from small patches and painting to complete home rebuilds. Located in Maple Grove, MN, this is a stable opportunity with consistent workload, strong leadership, and a supportive team.

The pay starts at $25-$40/hour, with a daily vehicle stipend. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, overtime, double time after 60 hours, and opportunities for advancement. This role involves construction phases only, not water mitigation.

Requirements:

• Remodeling Experience
• Reliable and Hardworking
• Own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Drywall finishing skills: prepare surfaces, use joint knives, sanders, tape, mud, sand drywall joints
• Finish carpentry skills: install trim, baseboards, molding, fit cabinets, precise measurements, work with wood materials
