Ace Handyman Services is a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry and is part of Ace Hardware Corporation's home services division. We are a family and locally owned and operated company in Rogers, MN. We provide homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all their repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside.

We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades.

We are looking for Handymen and women (both full and part time) with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywall to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must have excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of customers and coworkers.

Job Requirements

• Successful prior track record as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Craftsman. Bring some pictures of your work!
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all the above trades
• Own a truck or van in good condition
• Have a current and valid driver’s license and insurance
• Residence within 25 miles of the city of Rogers, MN
• Have excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Punctual and uncompromising work ethic
• Estimation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

This is a W2 position. We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us.

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
