Aquatics Supervisor

. Assist members in improving their swimming skill in our state‑of‑the‑art indoor and outdoor lap pools while ensuring clean and safe aquatic facilities.

Work in a fast‑paced environment, manage and train Aquatics Department Team Members, provide great customer service and maintain aquatics facility cleanliness.

• Ensure a safe and friendly environment for all members
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain high level programming and promote Life Time swim program

Position Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months of customer service experience
• 1 year of coaching and/or swim instructor experience
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience
• Lifeguard and First Aid certified
• Successfully complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate with guests regarding Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards (or 25 meters) without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
Preferred Requirements
• Some college or working toward a 4‑year degree
Compensation

This is an hourly position with starting wages of $15.50 and up to $18.50 based on experience and qualifications.
