This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master located in Maple Heights, OH. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices within the development team, removing impediments, ensuring continuous improvement and coaching the team to adhere to Agile methodologies. Daily tasks include conducting Scrum ceremonies, tracking progress through metrics, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration. The Scrum Master serves as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational solutions.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Project management skills including planning, scheduling, and time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is beneficial
• Experience in educational software development or the education sector is a plus
