Title:
CNC Machinist
Location:
Maple Heights, OH Shift: 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm, M-F) Pay: $29.10/hr CNC Machinist Responsibilities
- Setup, operate, program edit all CNC machines (mills and lathes) and Manual machines
- Check dimensions to ensure quality of parts
- Read and understand blueprints
- Strive to make standard part routing time
- Work with Fanuc and G Code
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) of operation of CNC machines
- Basic tool selection and replacement
- General knowledge of standard measuring instruments
- Proficient in G code programming
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints
- Ability to work to close tolerances and check part dimensions
- Experience running manual mills and lathes preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
