Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center seeks a dedicated Program Facilitator to implement youth and maternal health programming such as Endless Possibilities, M.O.M., and After Party. You will engage youth, parents, and partners, delivering interactive workshops and ensuring safe, supportive learning environments.
This role focuses on participant engagement, program delivery, outreach, and data collection to drive positive outcomes for families served by PPRC. Travel may be required.
