Position: Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper Needed On-Site
We are hiring a Detail-Oriented Bookkeeper for on-site financial management tasks. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. You need to excel in working independently while managing multiple tasks in a tight deadline environment. This role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, allowing the company to maintain robust accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain ledgers and financial entries

• Prepare and generate financial reports accurately

• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts

• Support the financial audit process as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline

• 2-3 years' bookkeeping experience preferred

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Quick Books

• Valid driver's license essential for travel

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
